Good morning friends! Unfortunately the long weekend is over (I worked straight through it. Yay retail!!), and the overall energy is kinda low. However, I’m here to help create better vibes. So let’s get our caffeinated beverage of choice and get into it.
Morning Affirmations:
I return to work refreshed, recharged, and ready to thrive.
I bring the peace of my break into my daily routine.
I am capable, focused, and grounded in purpose.
I trust myself to handle everything that comes my way.
Each task I complete moves me closer to my goals.

This is a fresh start, and I greet it with enthusiasm and ease.
My week is so jam packed that I barely have time to take a breath, so that’s what we’re going to do today: breathe. I know some of us probably have a favorite meditation by now with how much I recommend doing it, but if not that’s okay! I find mine on YouTube by looking for however long I want it to be, followed by guided meditation (ex: 15 minute guided morning meditation). Inhale the good shit, exhale the bullshit ✨
