Good morning friends! My morning and evening posts are going to be coming in a little earlier and later now, due to working multiple jobs again (🫠). So I’ll still be posting, but it’ll probably be at 7-8am for Coffee with Ren and 7-8pm for Tea with Ren.
Anyway, today’s post is about nervousness. I know most of us are sitting on the edge of our seats right now, and we have been basically since November of last year. Iran has raised their Flag of War, so I know that definitely spiked my anxiety and nervousness.

Morning Affirmations:
I am allowed to feel nervous. It means I care.
Even with shaky hands and a racing heart, I am still brave.
Nervousness is not weakness. It’s energy looking for direction.
I inhale calm and exhale fear.
Today I walk with courage, even if my steps are small.
I trust myself to handle what comes, one breath at a time.
My nerves are a signal, not a stop sign.
I do not have to feel fearless to move forward.
I am more capable than my nervous thoughts suggest.
This feeling will pass, and my strength will remain.
Our self care goal today is small, and hopefully easy. Our goal is to read something non political. It can be on Substack, a book, or any other social media. Here are some of my favorites:

These Substack accounts post beautiful poetry and writing, and @consciouslyelle posts feel good content. These are my favorite accounts to check on when I need a brain and timeline cleanse. It’s good for our mental health and hearts in this current timeline.
